All sales are final, and strictly non-refundable once order(s) have been placed.

Due to hygiene reasons, all  earrings product(s) sold are non-exchangeable unless product(s) are either :

1. Defective or faulty due to manufacturing defects.


2. Products delivered are incorrect / different from what you have ordered.


* Do note that 925 Silver is a relatively soft material and it may bend with the exertion of force. ALL 925 Silver earrings / products are non-exchangeable and/or refundable due to after sales damage. *


Defective / Faulty Items

All items are checked before they are being packed to be mailed out. We're extremely sorry if your item slipped through our checks.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be defected and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Kindly send us an email ( , with your order number, details of product, reasons for return and photos for verification.

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, we are sorry that we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
