Tracking your order

All orders are handled and dispatched by SingPost, tracking number  will be provided via email once your orefer has been shipped out. Track by the next working day after 6pm via the Singpost app / website. For more details head to Singpost website: http://www.singpost.com/track-items

Incorrect shipping address

In the event if an order / a parcel is returned to us due to the customer's error in providing an incorrect/ or insufficient address, no such name, or due to letter box being full, the re-delivery fee will be charged and borne by the customer.

ALL international orders are shipped with registered mail, therefore tracking number will be provided. 

Tracking number will be sent to you via email after your order have been mailed out and you will be able to track it online. 

Custom taxes, import duties, etc

In the event that customs, taxes or import duties that are charged once the order reaches its destination country, these charges are held responsible by the recipient. The ChasingDaisies team have no control over these charges, therefore it’s recommended to contact your local customs office to check for current / extra charges before you place an order with us.
