For ALL orders, we will dispatch and mail your order(s) within 1-3 working days (not including weekends and public holidays) upon placing your order(s).

Singpost Normal Mail (No tracking)

All orders are handled & dispatched by Singpost. Tracking is NOT applicable for all normal mail, hence ChasingDaisies team will not liable for any lost mails.

Singpost(With Tracking)

All orders are handled & dispatched by Singpost and tracking numbers will be sent to you once we have mailed the items out. However Singpost may take around 24 hours for the tracking number to be activated.

Shipping 

ALL international orders are shipped with registered mail, therefore tracking number will be provided. 

Tracking number will be sent to you via email after your order have been mailed out and you will be able to track it online. 

Custom taxes, import duties, etc

In the event that customs, taxes or import duties that are charged once the order reaches its destination country, these charges are held responsible by the recipient. The ChasingDaisies team have no control over these charges, therefore it’s recommended to contact your local customs office to check for current / extra charges before you place an order with us.

Incorrect shipping address

In the event if an order / a parcel is returned to us due to the customer's error in providing an incorrect/ or insufficient address, the re-delivery fee will be charged and borne by the customer.
